ABOUT THIS PRESENTATION

In this presentation, we refer to S.H.A.R.E. as an acronym representing foundational elements of effective teamwork.

 

At TWD, we recognise that collaborating successfully in teams is vital to educator and staff wellbeing, and contributes to fostering a strong sense of community wellbeing.

The S.H.A.R.E. acronym represents five connected wellbeing concepts:

  • Signature Strengths

  • Healthy Habits

  • Asking for Assistance

  • Rapid Rapport

  • Everyone Efficacy

 

For each concept, specific activities are explored and strategies provided for colleagues to implement in their personal and professional lives.
